About

I am a music and entertainment journalist based in New York City with a passion for bringing attention to and telling the stories of unique, up-and-coming talent. I am currently a Digital Music Writer at People Magazine on the News Team, and also freelance features and profiles on the side. In the past, I worked at Alternative Press Magazine as their Music and Culture Editor, where I wrote and edited stories about music, film, TV, and style. I was also the Associate Editor and Editorial Assistant on Thrillist’s Culture team, and also interned at and contributed to a number of publications including Rolling Stone, Billboard, NYLON, Stereogum, Interview Magazine, and more. In particular, I am immensely excited about music journalism and giving a platform to emerging talent, as well as bringing attention to art made by and for young women.
